What are the driver requirements?
To rent a vehicle with us, you must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver's license. All applicants must also pay a security deposit of 250$ and provide proof of insurance. Drivers under 25 may be considered after screening.

Are there age limits for rentals?
Our fleet is designed for professionals. While we offer rentals for those 21 and older, we recommend that drivers be at least 25 years old to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all NYC drivers.
Do I need a specific insurance policy?
Yes, we require a minimum liability coverage of $100,000. You can use your existing policy, or we can provide a rental insurance plan that meets our requirements and protects your gig business.
What documents are needed for pickup?
At pickup, you will need to provide a valid driver's license, a government-issued photo ID, and payment. We also require a completed and a signed rental agreement.
